when To Book
It’s never too early! Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the surrounding areas are popular vacation destinations, so lodging can book quickly. We recommend booking lodging as soon as you RSVP yes or at least 2-3 months prior to the wedding you’re attending. This ensures you’re able to stay at your preferred location in close proximity to the venue! See lodging info below.

Many couples choose to include shuttle service for the safety and convenience of their guests on wedding day. If provided, it's important to select accommodations from our list of pre-approved locations to ensure shuttle service can be provided. Be sure to check with your hosts for specific details on shuttle arrangements for the wedding day. If shuttle service is not provided, we have limited parking spaces available on-site, and we strongly discourage relying on Uber or Lyft in this area.

Our wedding couple included a shuttle service, what does that mean for me?Amazing! You will enjoy a seamless experience with our preferred shuttle company. They will work with the wedding couple to determine a customized shuttle schedule for guests. Couples can opt for door to door pick up from pre-approved local hotels and cabins or to have guests meet in a central parking area from where they will shuttle to the venue. Be sure to check with your hosts on specific details for their special day.

The Trillium's central location is less than a day's drive for over 2/3 of the country, so many guests choose to drive. But for those who choose to fly, The McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville, TN is conveniently located less than an hour away from the wedding venue, providing easy access for out-of-town guests.
