If you’re considering a Smoky Mountain wedding venue, Alek and Rebekah’s joyful celebration will leave you inspired. Their summer wedding at The Trillium Venue was the perfect blend of color, celebration, and mountaintop romance. With warm florals, personalized details, and a vendor dream team, it was the kind of day that makes you fall in love with destination weddings in the Great Smoky Mountains.
Rebekah and her sweet bridesmaids started the day in the spacious bridal suite. The Effortless Beauty team created soft, romantic looks that paired beautifully with the bride’s. Rebekah’s gown from Ashley Grace Bridal featured delicate lace and soft structure. It looked absolutely stunning against the panoramic mountain views.
The bridesmaids wore soft blue silk dresses and carried pastel bouquets. These thoughtful touches fit perfectly into the couple’s colorful summer wedding palette.
Meanwhile, Alek and his groomsmen shared a few laughs in tailored light tan suits from Suit Shop. Alek paired his with a white silk tie and matching floral boutonnière.
Set on The Trillium’s iconic ceremony patio, the altar featured a wooden cross and overflowing florals by Wither and Bloom Designs. The vibrant mix of peach, blush, ivory, and soft pops of yellow and coral made the setting feel warm and inviting.
Guests arrived via Elite Shuttle Service and were welcomed by the sounds of Marble City String Quartet. As they took their seats, many were visibly awed by the sweeping mountain views – a true wow moment. The elegant live music set the tone beautifully.
Then, the ceremony began. Led by an officiant from Fellowship Church, it was personal, heartfelt, and deeply moving. In fact, it was one of those ceremonies that stays with you long after the final “I do.”
Throughout the day, Rebekah and Alek’s personalities shined. Their custom invitation suite from Elmwood Paperie set the tone early on. At the reception, a playful golf-ball seating chart – designed by Marsh Made Design – was a nod to Alek’s favorite sport. In addition, day-of signage by Invitations by Whitney tied everything together with timeless fonts and floral illustrations.
Choosing a Friday wedding gave Alek and Rebekah the perfect opportunity to turn one unforgettable day into a full weekend of memories. After the celebration came to a close, guests still had the whole weekend ahead to relax and explore.
From hiking trails and scenic drives to moonshine tastings and Dollywood thrills, there’s something for everyone nearby. In addition, downtown shops in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and even Knoxville offer plenty to enjoy. Whether you’re planning a laid-back destination wedding getaway or an action-packed wedding weekend, this Smoky Mountain wedding venue puts you in the heart of it all.

The celebration continued inside The Trillium’s Grand Reception Hall. High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows brought the mountain views indoors.
The Trillium’s farm tables were styled with luxury pieces from AOPR. Soft green napkins, gold-rimmed glassware, and lush florals echoed the summer ceremony palette. The space felt timeless, elegant, and full of warmth.
Dinner from By The Tracks Catering was a guest favorite. Afterward, the dessert table by All Mixed Up Cakes delighted with sweet treats in every flavor. At the bar, Single Barrel Events served signature cocktails, plus a “Love You a Latte” coffee bar complete with adorable His & Hers options.
Once dinner ended, Sterl The Pearl turned up the energy! The dance floor stayed packed as guests celebrated late into the night. Every candid moment – from heartfelt speeches to the dance party to the last private newlywed dance – was beautifully captured by Callie Lindsey Photography and 148 Films.
There’s something magical about saying “I do” wrapped in sky-high Tennessee mountain views and a warm summer breeze.
