During our time together, we will cover everything that is included with your venue rental, investment details and availability (which you'll also receive prior to touring). We will walk through how a wedding day flow is typically structured, while looking through inspirational photos and videos of The Trillium's thoughtfully designed spaces. Along with experiencing the space in its entirety, we will also cover important information about vendors, lodging, transportation, and logistics to seamlessly bring everything together for your epic mountain top destination wedding!

You are welcome to bring as many loved ones as you wish to your tour. We simply ask that when completing your tour reservation, you kindly list those that will be attending. If you plan on scheduling a virtual tour of The Trillium, you'll be sent a Zoom invite and be prompted to add additional guests. We encourage all decision makers to join this exciting tour!

Visiting In-Person
Perhaps you've experienced a virtual tour and are ready to see the venue in-person, or you've had an in-person tour and are eager to revisit. We have you covered! We are happy to schedule a time for a private visit if you've not yet visited the venue. And for those interested in consecutive site visits, we cordially invite you to our monthly, private Open Houses exclusively for booked couples.

Securing Your Date
A signed online Agreement and Date Deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your dream wedding date at The Trillium. Due to high demand, dates book quickly and we are unable to hold dates.
Many couples opt to start with a guided virtual tour, allowing us to meet right away, giving you the option to reserve your ideal wedding date before it's gone. Many couples feel like they are able to truly experience The Trillium during their guided virtual tour and are completely confident in booking, then visiting at a later date.
